Welcome to the VibeTogether app (hereinafter referred to as "this app"). By using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.

This app provides the following services:

Workout data recording and tracking
30-day challenge check-in features
Team collaboration and leaderboard features (Pro features)
Data analysis and review features

3. Account Registration

No account registration is required to use this app. Your data is associated with your Apple ID through iCloud.

4. User Conduct

By using this app, you agree to:

Not post false or misleading information
Not use this app for any illegal activities
Respect other users and not engage in harassment, defamation, etc.
Not attempt to crack, modify, or reverse engineer this app

5. Pro Subscription

This app offers Pro subscription services:

Pro features include team features, advanced data analysis, etc.
Subscription fees will be displayed on the purchase confirmation screen
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
You can manage subscriptions and cancel through the App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the subscription period ends

Important Note: Subscriptions auto-renew. Please manage your subscription settings promptly.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be processed through the Apple App Store. We follow Apple's refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content of this app, including but not limited to software, interface design, text, images, etc., is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, or use is prohibited.
